This spell is used quite often in regards to pulling down a household item cast by Grammer Scorbic's Household Guard. The item, if the spell is successful, will topple down and onto thr ground...NOT into your inventory. The spell can also be cast on NPCs that have floating devices (ie wizards) to bring down those items as well as in PK combat.
