This spell is the anti-Jorodin's Magnificent Communicator [1]. It detalkerizes an object, however, a miscast can talkerize parts or the entirety of your inventory. Talk about a nightmare? This doesn't mean you shouldn't cast it, but you may want to prepare for it. Try unloading your inventory into a vault prior to doing this just to be on the safe side. [1] Witches can indeed learn this spell. You can purchase it from Jorodin in Ankh-Morpork and on occassion some Witches do carry it about with them.
