When size does matter. [1]
At some point you may have wandered to Granny's or Ogg-San's in hopes of obtaining a spell but instead got the message, "Too many spells will make your daft head explode!".
This is caused by the mere fact that you're head can only hold what I'll call "units". Each spell is made up of a varying amount of units and your spell memory can only maintain so many units.
Your personal storage facility.
To find your personal memory size all you need to do is find your unstatted magic.spells.special bonus and add 30 to it. For example, as I'm typing this my unstatted bonus is 279 and that plus 30 gives me 309 available units to fill.
Now onto the spells.
For the information following this I gained help from the wizard Creamcheese. To locate the size of spells on your own there are two methods available, I took the simpler route of the two. By measuring the background magic of a room using a thaumometer (thanks to Creamcheese), casting a spell, and then measuring the background magic of the room once again I was able to find the difference of the two. Multiplying the difference of before and after casting the spell by five gives you how many units each spell takes up.
Each spell takes up a specific amount of units, thankfully all divisible by five to make things a little neater. Here is a growing list of all the Witches spells in accordance to their size, from least to greatest.
